DR. KYLEE LYNCH, PT, DPT, CSCS

Dr. Kylee was born and raised in Holland, Michigan, and is proud to continue serving the west coast community she calls home. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University.

With a strong belief in the power of movement, Dr. Kylee is passionate about using exercise as medicine to help individuals return to the activities they enjoy—without relying on surgery or injections.

​

Her professional background is rooted in sports rehabilitation, with extensive experience treating athletes of all ages, from middle school students to collegiate competitors and active adults. She has advanced training in:​

  • Manual therapy techniques

  • Blood flow restriction (BFR) training

  • Dry needling

  • Post-operative ACL rehabilitation and return-to-sport

  • Sports rehabilitation

Dr. Kylee is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, allowing her to effectively bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping patients not only recover but thrive.

At West Coast Wellness, she is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care without the limitations of insurance-driven models.

​

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kylee enjoys weightlifting, walking her dog, gardening, and boating. She looks forward to helping you return to the hobbies and lifestyle you love.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST

Is your goal to return to sport, weight lifting, or athletic activity? Dr. Kylee is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is knowledgeable about weight lifting and sports performance, allowing her to seamlessly transition your sessions from rehabilitation back to performance.
